Naiztat & Ham Architects (NHA) is located on Perry Street in New York's historic West Village and was established in 1988 by the talented
husband-and-wife team of Diane Naiztat and Alexander Ham. NHA is predominately involved in High-End Interior Design (Commercial and
Residential), as well as new building construction in New York City, and the Tristate area. The Office also has experience
working with other Local Architects as Design Architects nationally. All this makes Naiztat & Ham one of New York's most innovative
and dynamic architectural firms.
The Office and Design Group consists of two Partner Architects and four permanent staff members. Naiztat & Ham varies the size of
its employed work force, as required, to properly staff the number of projects in the office at a given time. The Office has, at its
disposal, a group of Architects, Designers and Draftsmen that it shares with other offices that operate in the same manner. This
allows NHA to remain trim and competitive in today's market.
The Designers, Partners and revolving staff are all computer Auto-Cad trained.
